Looking Right Through Me
Lens: DA 300 with 1.4x tc Camera: KP Photo Location: Seagrove, NC
Posted By: mahanpots, 10-05-2022, 05:23 PM

Took this photo from my car through the open window opposite me while stopped on the road. The hawk was too busy looking for a meal to take notice of me, so I snapped six photos before stepping on the gas again.

Great opportunity that you took advantage of. Taking a number of shots is always a good way to get one that you really like. Great capture of that hawk.

He surely seems to be oblivious to such an un-interesting creature as a human!
Maybe he fancies himself to be something of royalty. The image makes him look regal.
Angky.

This image is worth more than my paltry praise . Focus, shadow, detail, and color are very well captured . TFS
