That's cool. I would never have expected that bird. It seems that I recall looking this up out of curiosity before. Did you post a capture of this type of bird before?

Yes, but I had no idea of what it was at the time. It was at another location in the Valley. I have since learned from the local birders about the Lovebirds.

He looks so out-of-place in the dry desert foliage.
Makes for an interesting shot.
