Icicles!
Posted By: hamidlmt, 12-24-2008, 04:05 PM

Wandered around the house today with the K20D and Vivitar Series 1 105mm 2.5 macro lens.... found a few nifty icicles and thought I'd share...

This gets the prize for the biggest

This is the funkiest one I found

LOL! Sorry about that! Next time I'll use a faster shutter speed to really freeze the image... ouch, bad photography pun!

Yes, but you can spot the dog in that same shot?

Marc and Hamid ... . Well that looks like the Queen of England in "that thar" icicle. And clearly, that is a cat and not a dog. Geez what an imagination you two have even if you are wrong.

Merry Chrismas and every thing else...

Well, it has to be a bob cat, cause there isn't a tail... and three legs.

"Bob the amputee cat", meet Stephen... he still has trouble identifying animals, but not people...

Merry Christmas to you both!

Cheers,
Marc

haha! Yes, must be a bob cat. Marc, I defer to your judgement and experience with wildlife photography.

Merry Christmas!
