Nature Mystery bird

Help! Some kind of flycatcher, titmouse, wood peewee, even a kingfisher? My thanks for taking a guess. Location: central Arizona.

I’m thinking belted kingfisher but it’s hard to tell from that angle. (And I’m no expert)

Thank you. We have a winner. The description and images match well with the Cornell Labs website and I have seen them reported before. Just never seen one or photographed one.

I looked it up on phone app and came up with the same ID. It is in the silky fly catcher family. A Central American bird up a little north. Great catch on this one and nice captures.
