Mt Fuji through the clouds
Lens: Pentax DA 20-40 Limited Camera: Pentax K3 Photo Location: Japan ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/90s Aperture: F8
Posted By: jk05x, 11-29-2022, 09:56 AM

Been enjoying everyones posts of late, so decided to share one too. Climbed up 400 steps to reach this view point outside Tokyo. When I reached there exhausted, it was disappointing to see Mt Fuji all hidden by clouds. Just sat there enjoying the moment none the less and after about 40 minutes, the cloud cover started to clear kind of unveiling the view of the beautiful mountain, so quickly took several shots. Hope you guys like it.

The clouds parted to provide you this great view and photo opportunity. Terrific image. I'm glad your climb paid off.

Astonishing the framing those clouds gave you!
And the pagoda in the foreground with the backgrounded clouds, sets of the mountain perfectly.
Angky.
