Image from the film-era I recently re-discovered. First summer trip to the American Southwest in 1979 and first sight of Balanced Rock in Arches National Park, Utah. Minolta XE-7 + MD 35 mm f/1.8 @ f/8 on Kodachrome 25.

A spectacular scene in itself.
The Kodachrome made it even greater with its capability in the reds.
And its narrow latitude brought the sky up to dark blue very well.
I miss those film days--if only I could afford the film nowadays!
