After driving across Canada, from Quebec City to Vancouver, B.C., I entered the U.S. on Interstate-5 in Washington State and drove south towards California. I switched to Route 101 and stopped on the shore of the Pacific on July 5th, 1979. The discovery of the Pacific Ocean was a milestone of my life. Minolta XE-7 + MD 35 mm f/1.8 @ f/8 on Kodachrome 25.
