Do you bracket any shots? On sunny days I use EI 12 or 25 depending on how deep I want the shadows. And on overcast days I shoot at EI 3 or 6 again depending. I will bracket another shot if I'm uncertain or think the picture is worth it. Of course others milage will vary here.

My first time shooting Infrared so used a recommended setting. Now that I have seen the results and how the lens had no hot spots I can play around with settings. I liked your ideas and insight.
