This is a minature rose, the whole flower head is no bigger then the first joint of your little finger....but something is strange within....

can you see it?
no tricks. I guess it just formed by the new leaves inside.

I was messing around with DOF (K20D & DFA 100mm), there was just enough breeze to keep things moving and as you can see from the exif, shutter speed was not fast.

the shot has been cropped and I tried to sharpen it....probably better off without it.

James: yes, the bokeh turned out well....here's a few more... untouched.
