My daughter at a horse jumping event last weekend. The sunlight was very strong so the shadows are hard, I was not allowed to move around the circuit, i think the better lighting came from the opposite side from where this was taken.

Still a good shot despite the lighting challenges. Good focus and timing. Your daughter looks focused on the jump. Thanks for sharing.

Does the horse seem to enjoy the jumping as much as the rider evidently does?
Interesting shot of the process.
Hoof / leg arrangements especially interesting.
As concerns the camera's placement, in this shot the lighting shows the musculature of the horse very strikingly.
Also the intensity of the girl's face. (But, if my experience counts, any shot of a daughter is going to be an interesting one!)
Angky.

Thank you, I really enjoy this type of challenges, when the lighting is unpredictible and also we the subject is moving. Usually i´m more focus on real state and landscaping but never hurts to step out of the comfort zone.

This particular horse is very calm and noble, it just to be a race horse and know has a more "relax" competition The horse and my daughter have worked for a bout a year and they seem to develop a bond together.
