K20 + DA 16-45 mm f/4 at 26 mm FL. Around noon, the sun shines directly in this access way to Place Royale.

Shot with the K-20D, this scene came out very well. Excellent detail and vibrant colors.

The colors and the impressive stonework really stand out in this scene. Good work Richard.

Along with the details in the stonework and the colors, the composition also attracts attention with the figures standing right in the angle point of the framing.

THX everyone !

Adding human figures to the composition always gives the scale of the scene.

This DA zoom lens was always maligned but my copy gave me very sharp images, particularly with my K5. I have still to get it out of mothballs and mount it on my new K3 III, where it should shine as always.
