Juvenile Night Heron
Lens: 150-450 mm Camera: K3 III Photo Location: LA ISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/800s Aperture: F8

We been blast with heavy rains / storm , even snow for a past week in south California . i went to the lake to shoot the birds in bad weather condition .
it was cold and rainy . for a minute sun rise from nowhere heron was a couple feet from me

I like the colors and it is nice and sharp. We got the storms after you did.

You made the right effort to get out there in the bad weather.

Very nice shot, with good sharp detail. Worth the effort of getting out into the cold and weather!
