We know some Cajun singers here though, like Zachary Richard. He speaks good French but sings with a weird accent. Sometimes I miss some words he says.
I spent a night in San Marcos, Texas once and Cajuns were occupying the motel room next to me. When one of them saw my Quebec license plate, he said "Bonjour !" ... That was the extent of his knowledge of French (SIGH).
Do you plan to get a genuine Pentax trans-standard zoom sometime ?

Thanks for viewing and commenting, Richard. New Orleans is a special place with a variety of architecture. I'll probably post some shots from the French Quarter when I get a chance. Even though I took some French courses in college, I remember very little since I've never used it.
PS I used a Pentax 18-135 for a while but it quit working a month after I got it used. It wasn't worth the cost of repair.
