A ruby crowned kinglet and a pied-billed grebe catching prey .

Wow!
Not only great photo catches, but I love the wings on the kinglet.
And the reflections and bow-wave rippelets around the grebe.
(Uhhh... the grebe is ugly--but that's nature's fault, not the photographer's.
A very fine image of a face I've always called ugly. )
Fine images indeed!

Both are great catches. Getting the one in flight with its catch is really cool. Nice work.

A couple of outstanding captures pichaser! I really like the flair of the wing and tail feathers on the ruby crowned kinglet. Good timing.

Thanks ToddK , neither image would be prize winning but they are in a small way informative .
