Eastern Tier of Saguaro Nat'l Park harbors varied Sonoran Desert flora. Saguaro, Opuntia, Ocotillo and Sagebrush perfume the air at the end of the day when temperatures begin to taper down.

My folks in Tucson reported there has been a bit more rain than usual which makes for a more colorful photo! Nice shot.

You got this image fairly early in summer before the desert browned out.
Very pretty one of the greenery that is in the desert in spring.

2018 was a great growing season in the Sonoran Desert, probably due to sufficient moisture. The Mojave seems more "barren" than the Sonoran Desert.
