The wildflowers were everywhere. The wet winter we've had has brought the lake levels up and made everything really green. I was a little concerned that the new macro lens wasn't going to be any better than the older one I had. I think it is a little better. Some were also taken with the 150-450.

I have a new 100mm macro because I pretty much wore out the mechanics on my old one.
Still have (and use) both, but I can't be sure which is better for image quality.
The new one is way better for use since it is weather resistant, and it focusing and aperture controls work right.

Yours is doing a pretty fine job it appears to me.
