Little Friar Bird
Lens: PENTAX-D FA 100mm f/2.8 WR Macro Camera: Pentax K3 iii Photo Location: My Back Yard (Ipswich, QLD) ISO: 1600 Shutter Speed: 1/800s Aperture: F8

I was busy photographing some Lorikeets in a fig tree when this Little Friar Bird alighted in a nearby Hibiscus bush. It's weight on that single twig, and a strong breeze, made it a constantly moving target, and I was afraid of not getting a shot in before it left.

An acrobat, also. Good detailed shot of the Friar Bird and the bonus Hibiscus. Like that diagonal composition.

Well you certainly achieved the shot!
Those are extremely difficult shots.
And showing us a friar bird is a good bonus (since I don't see them ever).
