Mountain Reflections

This is the same picture with the first being the B&W version. JIMBO

These are both excellent, Jimbo. Well done. If I had to pick my fav....hmmmm...not an easy decision...the B&W.

nice shots Jim, I like the B&W conversion better though... nice to see that somebody else, like me, is keeping boht colour and B&W versions of the same shots...

Yep, the B&W for me too. I am sort of biased though, as I love B&W landscapes since that's about all I did for the past 25 years. I noticed you've realized the horizon is unlevel aleady, so I won't say anything...

I like it Jim. Fix it and repost!

BTW, use the trees as a gauge for leveling.

I am really digging the B&W. What method are you using? I am think of converting "my favorite tree" picture

Thank you Pat... I first covert to B&W in Lightroom. It has a few different options. Then I switch over to Photo Shop Element to complete the PP work. JIM

Never worry sir - it's that built in level in my head talking again... the voices never go away...

OK, now you know what bothers me the most about landscape photography: it's when I see a leaning horizon line...

LOL, seem I joined in just in time before you fixed it, I am with Marc, but nevertheless you have a great B&W conversion there of a great photo!
