trying my luck with the backyard bird. I am not good with their species. Can t really come that near.

It looks like you got close enough to get good shots of this American Robin. These birds are here year round and often are the only birds that I see regularly. Nice shooting.

thanks for identifying the American Robin. Very happy to get a decent shot. I realize now how hard for a bird photographer to get a shot at at the birds. Even much more if you want a good shot.

I have a very hard time getting good bird shots--seldom have any success.
