I like the first one. It almost looks like a whale tried to break through the ice.

These crackling looks sooo interesting. I can see vectors of force in place.

These are awesome. It reminds me of the forming of the Fortress of Solitude in the original Superman movie.

Althought the image with the rocks is good, the ones without the rocks stands out for me. They have an abstract quality that you could only have gotten by paying attention to the quality of light. The edges of the ice really stand out.

I like them. Honestly at first glance I was not sure what #1 was. Pretty cool. I like the rocks shots the best of the bunch.

The rock view was a little deviation from the line of style of the other images, thank you for making it worth posting!

Thanks, I think the low evening light helped me here, although I did some PP too.

Thanks, I was trying to get it more abstract than the original, still retaining the "naturalism".

Wow Georg.. Don't know how I missed these. I really like the first one which is verr interesting looking. It almost looks like it moves within the shot... Weird... but cool. Cheers JIM
