Love the colors! seems plenty sharp, too. The bokeh seems to render things that are not actually sources of lights as circles?. The expression on #3 is so comical I swear it could've been from a donald duck strip

The tufted titmouse is my favourite. Will check your flickr-stream as well.

Btw: did you know there is a flickr group for "first series with new lens"? May be interesting for you, too....

Cheers,
Syb

I think the bokeh on the bird shots may be the 2 panes of glass I was shooting through. I was getting a reflection between the two. I had to move around to line of the reflections before taking the shots. I am going to try to raise the window and take some and see how the birds like it! And our dog is quite the character. If it's a frisbee or a ball, nothing else matters to her.

Really like that shot of the highway leading to the mountain. Looks they are headed for for the sky.

Very nice, especially through a window. I've always liked my a-135 f2.8 I had it for a long time

I just purchased this lens a few days ago, but haven't taken it out for a spin yet. Maybe I will play around the house a bit.

Nice shots, it seems that Pentax has very good luck with that focal length, I dearly enjoy my K 135 F2.5. I'd lust after the "A" but the K is more than good enough!

Excellent shots from a keeper of a lens.
Had one but sold it for the FA 135mm. Unfortunately this lens doesn't quite deserve some of the less than positive comments about it on some websites.
A sleeper that can deliver, as your pictures have shown.
