The saucer has landed, and we're looking at the invader face to face! Now it's up to a few '50s era scientists to outwit the invaders by inventing a new weapon in a couple of days that will baffle a star-faring race that bops around the universe without blinking an eye or maybe lots of little eyes.

This is such an excellent shot in black and white. Whatever this contraption is, I see shock absorbers and springs for a soft landing. It is the perfect vehicle for 1950s Sci-Fi. You still need to make the great reveal of what it is.

What an absolutely beautiful car. I've never seen anything quite like it, before, Is it a custom job, or actually manufactured by a company ?

I'm curious...what can you tell us about this automobile...what type of engine, transmission, etc. ?

BTW, nice framing on both the 'before' and 'after' photographs.
