Morphosis actually is Greek, now that I recall some "ancient history" of my own!
We are in the 90s or higher here as well.
But above 7000 feet in the mountains the snow is still pretty deep in places--though rapidly melting, as seen in this image.
This was up in the 'famed' Donner Pass area.
