All three are wonderful. An interesting - and slightly spooky - subject captured in different ways with outstanding B&W post processing. Super job.

Terrific black & white images. The arbor frames over the steps are very interesting.

Those are outstanding black and white images at a wonderfully interesting site. Very well processed. Are they growing grapes on that hillside? So different, a place I'd love to see.

Thanks for your kind comments!

@ Mike: Yes, grapes are actually grown there. If you would like to see this live, come to the deepest south of Germany, to Freiburg, near the French and Swiss border. One of the loveliest cities I know in this country. I would love to live there permanently myself, but many people want to. That's one reason why it's almost impossible to find an affordable apartment there.

Your style is distinctive and consistent; some of the best black and white work I see on the forums. Keep 'em coming.

Not final yet, but there is chance that my wife in I will be visiting Germany this fall to see her son's family. I'll keep this place in mind if time permits.

Great compositions.
And the B&W allows contrasty lighting to augment.
