Grain Elevator at Night

I've decided to make it a project this year to learn how to do night sky photography. I live in a relatively underpopulated area so finding fairly dark skies isn't a huge effort and I live about a 3 hour drive from a dark skies preserve.
This is a composite of two images. I used Astrotracer to secure the night sky and a regular timed exposure for the foreground.

Beautiful composition and execution. I really like your placement of the grain elevator, and also its exposure is just right to see some of the details, but not over-exposed.

That long exposure really brought the stars and some great colors in sky and the field. The grain elevator stoically oversees it all. Great composition and colors.

The distant light "pollution", sparse and very localized as it is along the horizon, actually enhances this image a lot.
It appears that you are teaching yourself night photography pretty well.
