That's a a cool closed capture with nice detail and great colors. The first thing I thought of when viewing, ice cream swirls.😊

Great close-up of a beautiful bloom. I had a similar rose in Northern California called Candy Striper. One of my favorites.

I am a "rosarian." These roses appear speckled, but rosarians refer to them as striped roses. I love striped roses! Here is one of mine from 2022. In about 2-weeks my roses will start blooming.

J must confess that a J'm not really a rosarian but J do love roses very much, in my country there are some "pink"speckled and some white-pink spotted roses, in that case it was just wrong to say "red"-speckled, never stop learning !
Anyway, striped roses,speckled or spotted, are all magnificent.
