Cardinal Nest Building Time
Lens: DA*300 w/1.4x Teleconverter Camera: K-3II Photo Location: Backyard

It seemed like the lady was doing all of the work while the male followed along and sang his songs.

Very nice capture of the cardinals. So natural, it is like looking out your door at them.
Beautiful nature shots.
We have some Brown Thrashers that have built a nest in an Oak tree about 25 feet from our back deck. I hope to get some feeding shots, later.

Nicely done with tac sharp detail in the feathers,great photos.

Thanks Mike. I am still trying to figure out where exactly the nest is. I think it is behind my neighbor's backyard. They fly between yards and stop at mine only for a moment.
