Thanks, Tony. They are not exotic, but they are here in the yard. Brown Thrashers have a nest about 20 feet from my rear deck. I hope to get some feeding pictures, but may need a ladder.😊

Nice series of bird images Mike. Your swing must be positioned pretty close to the feeders because you got some great close-up shots.

Thank you, rhanz. I hope to get some also. Yesterday, all I could see were the tail feathers of the bird sitting in the nest.

Thank you, Todd. The swing is probably 15 feet from the dirty bird bath and 20 feet from the feeder. The humming bird feeder is probably 25 feet away in the front yard. In the back yard, some of the feeders are just a few feet off the deck. I sometimes have to back up to get minimum focus distance on the deck.

Ummm---why don't you clean that poor bird's birdbath?
Great to be able to see so many birds right there in the woods!
Very good pictures of them--an a lot of variety there too!
Oh, yes! And sand down the cedar-wood on the bird feeder too!
Great detail to be able see such fine details in the images!
Thanks for posting these.

Thanks for viewing and the good comments and advice. That feeder has been hanging in out front yard for years and been pieced back together multiple times. The bird bath is a also old and needs cleaning and repainting. I credit the lens adjustment for the detail.

Those comments and advice were only meant for humor--which I hope you know!
Appreciated the images, and just wanted to interact a bit.

Yes I knew. The birds are so used to my old stuff that I don't want to scare them off with shiny new feeders. The woodpeckers and raccoons do some damage to them periodically. Some day, I will rebuild and refinish them. It's good to see your images, Angky. As you can tell from my posts, I don't specialize in any type of photography.
