Bird in flight

In keeping with the bird theme. Here is another bird photo taken after my other post (https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/post-your-photos/45520-pentax-smc-135mm-f2-8-a.html).

This one also taken with the Pentax-A 135 F2.8.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks for sharing! It's quite good, IMO! I like the sharpness of the flying sparrow, in contrast with the background. Want more .

BTW: I like the 135mm's somehow. I myself own a M 135 3.5, and although it is not to fast, in combination with my K20 it gives rather decent results.

Me too, very nice, also the other birds are caught at a great moment. I really like the the one in the foreground watching the landing. I'd say great glass and good job, thanks for posting.

I'm not sure he is watching the landing; I think he is telling him to back off.
Nice shot.

Very good shot - It's funny on the bird feeder we have in yard the chikadees seem to take truns looks like the sparrow in flight figures it's his turn - nice shot.

Nice shot, great exposure.
There is a great shot in it self, of the bird in flight. Well captured.

Yes the 135mm is a good focal length.

Nice shot.
He was telling the other bird to back off! There were about 7 or 8 of them fussing over the feeder

Yeah, we get the chickadees too. The hierarchy of my feeder seems to be: Blue Jays at the top, then Cardinals, Titmouse, Sparrows/Chickadees.

The bird feeder can be quite a bit of entertainment.

No flash, just sunshine. I shot at iso400, aperture f4 which allowed me a shutter speed of 1/2000
