Mission Accomplished

I think it is time for this bee to head back to the hive. I don't know how she could add any more pollen and keep flying.

The bees mission was accomplished as evidenced by that huge load of pollen its carrying. Your mission was accomplished by capturing this superb macro of the hovering bee over those petty pink flowers. I think that I have a long way to go in macro photography after viewing this image. Well done, Todd.

Thanks for your flattering comment Mike! I will admit that I have been getting a lot of practice in with macro. Unfortunately I haven't had time for any other photography.

Too bad the poor bee had to carry so much weight in order to get herself a nice portrait!
