Sea of clouds...

Shot this today on my way to socal for work... Actually, I took a fair drive out of the way up into the mountains to find an overlook where I could shoot back into the sea of low clouds which is the San Joaquin Valley of California in winter. I found the view from this point looking essentially north.

Shot hand held with the K20D and the Tamron 70-200/2.8 @ 200mm.

Thanks Marc. After sitting in our training room most of the last two days (which looks like a KGB interrogation room would look if the kgb had cheap dry-erase boards on the walls and a box of donuts on the table), I'm wishing I was back there too

Glad I took the exit off the freeway and went exploring... It usually pays to get off the freeway.
