Great shot. It took me several, "Fourth of Julys" starting in my K1000 days to get that good a shot. Most, "First Firework" photos have little color because they are overexposed.

really impressive, mainly because of forementioned good exposure and straight lines of those fireworks

I took a few more over New Years and they turned out about the same as this.
(my second attempt ever!!! too :P)
