Winter Frost On Autumn Leaves In Summer Succulents
Lens: HD Pentax DA 16-85mm Camera: K10D Photo Location: Neighbor's Garden-Sac. ISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/180s Aperture: F8

Frost appeared nowhere else except on these few leaves in the cooler depths of this succulent.
It was already melting, although the sun was not yet high enough in the sky to touch these places.

A few dew drops and you could have claimed all four seasons at once. Neat capture and nice story telling with the title.

Cool capture, Angky. The coldest air generally settles to the lowest spot. Apparently, this was it. It's interesting to see what nature brings us each day. Great observation. I do like the repeating pattern creatures by the succulents, also.

Terrific capture, Angky. The succulents are such a great backdrop to the frosty leaves. A frosty morning in Sac is always a great time to get out the camera. No frost here in central Texas yet.

Nice shot, however the summer part not so easy to include, so the missing summer version is attached.

This pretty interesting "announcing winter" picture, shows how nature adapts to environmental circumstances.
Many thanks for posting Angky.

Thank you!
There were a few drops, but they were of melted ice crystals, so I had to be satisfied with only three seasons!

The repeating pattern is what first caught my eye. Then, upon closer look, I saw what else was there.

Thanks, Todd!
Frosty mornings are pretty rare around here. And this was frosty only in the undisturbed well of that succulent bowl.
I reckon you'll get your share of frost pretty soon, if I recall anything about my time in Texas!
