Very nice! I'd crop a little bit from the right so that the photograph gets truly asymmetrical.

Out of interest in this lovely shot I converted it to b&w and cropped/cloned all the background out of it, taking it down to just the face and a little of the clothing, surrounded by black. Seemed to emphasise the quiet, almost meditative state of the child. Just my 0.02 for what it's' worth.

I am with Wombat I think at least cloning out the white lines arcoss the left would be helpful.
