I love boat pictures, and haven't seen any of small boat lately. I really dig the last one; reminds me of when I was much younger.

This is a good series. It tells the story of preparing the boat, with another boat already sailing off to the start line in #1; another type of boat launching in #2; the crew of Typhoon? too busy getting ready in #3 to pay attention to the weather (see the little squall that's just developing to windward in the darker, ruffled water) and then the consequences in #4 and #5. You can really see the squall coming through in #4.

Which lake, BTW?

Lake Illawara I'd guess?

I'm not so certain that that 16 got caught out by the bullet. I think the water sloped from one side of the image to the other, so the yacht fell downhill...

Very nice shots. I see these often at the beach but hardly snap a shot at them.

I told them to watch out,but no they disregard the advice
Where I was standing was a awful stick coming from something/someone rotting away
