Bright vivid colors and lots of detail in this shot. I wonder if the name comes from the draping petals. Nice shot, Tony.

This great floral image, it reminds me the Indian "vivid" blanket colors like in the Western movies.

Quite the flower of juxtapositioning with the draping petals of bright orange crowned by the curly dark "hair" of the center.
