Niagara Falls (10 Imgs)

Went on a weekend trip to Niagara Falls.. Went to the Falls, that Avery and I even briefly met a few forum members (MightyMike included) at the Butterfly conservatory.

Here are the first few shots I've come away with from the trip!

All Macro shots were with the 55-300mm as I am without a macro at the moment....

Wow wow WOW - those fall shots are wonderfull, exspceially the night one and great close up with 55-300 super job.

I've got to learn to shoot in the cold! the group didn't make it to the aviary so we'll be going back in 2 weeks... maybe then we'll try to get pictures of the falls... not sure we could compete with yours though... i really like the vibrant colours you got inthe birds and butterflies

Very nice images, thanks for posting them. Really like the wintershots of the falls, I have never managed to get there in the winter. The first butterfly is real nice, last time that we went to the conservatory it was so busy that it was futile to even try and take a picture.

I see your WOW's and raise you another 3. This is an excellent series, bwield. The first butterfly shot is my fav.
