Winter Clouds in Texas
Posted By: Sailor, 01-12-2009, 07:20 PM

I played with my FE yesterday afternoon, and took these pictures around the Lake Jackson Civic Center. Since moving here, I've marveled at the Texas sky - it can be 85 deg F at night in the summer with humidity to choke a mule, yet the stars will be crisp and clear - an impossible combination in the midwest. But I digress; these are "high pressure" winter clouds, and it was "chilly" - about 55 deg F.

Quite a dramatic and spetacular cloud formations. Fish eye perspective really brings the feeling out very well.

Hey, everyone, I appreciate your kind comments. This FE lens is so much fun - I don't know why I neglect it as much as I do.
