You have a very good eye. The last two, though they look good, are heavily processed and the look is obvious; especially on the third image. Having said that, if that is what you were trying to achieve, they look great but are not realistic in documentary type of way. I did a black and white conversion on your third image and it is remarkable, as is your first image.

The First is exceptional

The first one is really fantastic!! The texture of the gravestone, the light through the clouds, the unknown soldier. It remembers me the film "Ordet" by KT Dreyer. My admiration

As I said in my earlier post, whatever process you are using (HDR you state), it lends itself very well to black and white conversions. They are almost infrared in quality. Nice second post by the way.
