Excellent series of shots. You've got a good lens there Dylan and some good skills with the camera. IMO the best glass is still always a Pentax lens and this one does not disappoint.

As a series it is very good. I am sure that if blown up some of these would look spectacular.

Beautiful work--really like a lot of the bokehs too because they highlight the foreground and colors. I think this lens will make Pentax some money. This is so great to see--thanks.

Thanks Peter

As I mentioned earlier - for the asking price it's a fantastic lens.

It has one minor irritation - when zooming in to the long end (on to a subject) and everything goes out of focus - the camera will focus all the way out (with lots of whirring) and then in - then lock on focus

This can easily be overcome by utilizing the quick shift manual to bring lens to a basic focus 1st - thereafter it's fast (well fast enough for me)

DA L 55-300mm

Excellent images, sharp, nice colours - every reason to like this lens but then the shutterman is more than good.

here are a few of mine. Not particularly good though. Then this shutterman is way below good.

All the images were hand held and cropped.

Wonderful colors and the lightening makes everything pop. Think some skill played a part in these shots too.
Yeah--a lot of skill!

This value lens certainly has the WOW! factor built in, especially in your hands. These are terrifically sharp, contrasty images with beautiful color and plenty of POP! I hope you'll continue to surprise us with your great pics.
