Nice pictures, Oren.
I believe those "snow geese" are Trumpeter Swans and that last one is an American Kestrel.

So, were you up on the Skagit for those eagles? I have heard that there is quite a gathering on the Skagit and on the Sauk rivers this time of year.

Yup, the Skagit. December through Febuary I think is the migration for the salmon feast. I was a little worried because of all the flooding going on but that high up its still cold so the rivers are fine. It was a beautiful day once I got a little more inland. I've never done the Sauk for eagles but I hear that its really good also.

I seen the swans on the way back to Seattle on a little frontage road along I-5.

Thanks Scott, he flew and landed a little further down the line a few times before I was able to get a shot. Glad he didn't just take off completely.
I am getting a little more familiar with the name of birds since I have taken this up. I really appreciate the positive comments and the help here.
