Lighting of the Lanterns

A shot that took a long time to setup and I won't go into everything that went into it, but lets just say a total of 5 hours were spent for one image.

That sucks! What a waste of time.

Chris it's great. What I really like is the sky. I get that the lights must have taken a long time to set up but the sky and stars included is such a great finishing touch.

Wow, I cannot believe that you actually set this up all by yourself! Only for one shot.

I respect your professionalism. The image does look very unique. You got a lady wearing Yukata? Was that before or after a bath?

It looks like a painting, Chris. Which is excellent, since very very few people would have the patience to make such an ellaborate set-up.

Wish you had kept EXIF info.

Clarification please Chris.

You're saying everything in this shot was setup by you FOR you!!!!

None-the-less an excellent shot and ditto what Peter said.

Super image, Chris. I had no idea how you could have done this, but I'm glad you did.

Well Chris since I've gotten great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great enjoyment out of viewing this shot that means you got "paid" five "greats" per hour for the shot. Not bad.
Seriously an excellent capture, one of the best I've seen from you and I seen some really good ones.

Wonderful work Chris! I know it seems strange in the scheme of this image, but my favorite is the sky and stars. I think that really adds a strong element in what would have been a good shot without.
