First Shoot with Lester Dine (5 imgs)

First Shoot with Lester Dine (5 imgs) · 11:03 AM

A break in the frigid cold let me run out with my new Lester Dine for a quick 10 min shoot. All Handheld.. (some with on-board flash)

A mundane sort of subject. But there was enough contrast to test things like: Tendancy to PF / accurate colours / contrast

I'll start with the Smallest Aperature and move to my Wide open shot..

Some slight PF in the wide open and up to about F5. However nothing that cant be fixed.
Overall I am impressed with the redition and sharpness of the lens.
Also I believe I will like the long throw as it seems to make focus more precise

I disagree. I think your lens has an issue and you should send it to me for a long term and thorough assessment. I'll write you back in 6 months to tell you how it's working out.

LoL... thanks Peter.. I think I'll do some more "testing" before I send it to you for check up
