Finally got a chance to use the K20 & DA* 50-135 =) PICTURE heavy!

I have not had the chance to try out my new camera (Pentax K20D)

... Or the lens (Pentax DA* 50-135 F2.8) that I got for Xmas.

The snow is melting, the sun was shinning and it was warm out (7 whole degrees LOL) so off to the zoo we went!

LOL!

(SURPRISE! SURPRISE!! LOL)

Can I just say OMFreakinGoodness!!!

This lens is INSANE!!!! (the camera ain't to bad either! LOL!)

SOOO warm and yummy!

My PP was less then 2 minutes per shot!

Crop, SOME have burnt edges, some B&W... ...and re sized for web (NO SHARPENING! LOL)

I can not wait to see where it takes me 3 months from now! =)

WARNING: Watermarks are present! LOL! Please don't comment on them ;-P

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
Snow fox is my favourite! And you could so easily have fooled me into thinking these were all in the wild. Gosh. Perfect lighting in all of them.

haha... even using the K100D with the Pentax DA*50-135 blew me away!!

I recently used this lens for about 75% of the shots I took of a wedding!!

Lovely pictures, by the way

Is this at the local Vancouver Zoo that I'm thinking of?
