Nice work. I'm liking the shadows in #3 and the composition and dynamics of #4.

I like the two black and whites! The first one a touch more than the second because of the strong shadows and lines.

Each one has their own unique qualities.
I think my favorite is the low sun through the trees B&W shot.

#3 and #4 are my favorites and more of my kind of style...

No 1. Interesting scene (to me) like the feeling it generates and tells me something about the area. Would have liked to have seen a little more horizon/sky though.

No 2 & 3 don't do much for me.

No 4 is something I could see in print and is very good (imho).

No 5 is interesting in an abstract kinda way.

All good, nothing bad, but it gets back to what each looks for.

#1 doesn't work for me. Subject doesn't show me anything and the highlights are blown.

#2 is too dark and I'm not sure what the subject is.

#3, 4, and 5 all excellent compositions. Interesting shapes, lines, and textures.
