A few shots from the V8's today at Barbagallo raceway in Perth.

Was in the Ford Corporate Box (supposedly schmoozing with clients) - one of my clients also is a team photographer for one of the saloon series cars - let me have a play with his C*N*N 20D with the Bigma, (although he mainly uses his 70 - 200L series for most shots - Nice camera and nice lenses but I still prefered my DS.

Were these shots taken with the Canon or the Pentax? just interested thats all.

More importantly....can you do something to speed up those Fords??? this could be a very embarrassing day

All shots with Pentax and my Sigma 55 - 200. (One day I'll be able to afford decent lenses.)

Had a tour of the team Vodaphone Fords - Amazing stuff they have a team of annalysists sittiing with laptops poring over and studying every bit of info about the car you can imagine, they can even tell that the track is 3/4's of a second slower than last year.

They know they have a bit less in the low end compared to Tanders Holden so need to have a few tricks on the turns.

As a Holden owner, I can still appreciate no.3 and 5!!
