Red Eyed Tree Frog
Posted By: Timtast1c, 01-26-2009, 09:20 PM

some photos of my great pet Red Eyed Tree Frogs that I've had for 4 years. These were taken on my Pentax M- 50mm 1.7

Photos were taken with a desk lamp and a pice of white paper underneath them.

here are some cropped images

Excellent work... I love those little guys! My son and I had a large tank with 4 of them in it several years ago and it was sooo cool! You may have sparked my interest again

Buddha - looks like there's a herp show coming to your area in February. Pet stores can be very hit and miss with the quality and health of captive-bred reptiles and amphibians. Herp shows are a great resource for all kinds of fun cold-blooded critters, there are usually several breeders there, and you can get a lot of good information.

Lord, I bet they love it in there

No wonder they're so colourful and healthy! Great habitats, Iceman. Concurring with Taff on some shots of them sitting in it

Thanks for the link, that is right up the road from me. But on Valentine's day of all things... I'm gonna have to get the GF something extra special to let me go to that.
