With the long winter night, I have spent more and more time inside playing with my flash. I still have to do a lot of trials before getting the right setting.

For portrait, I do not have the time, money or even talent to setup a studio-like environment. So I just let my kids play in their bedroom and jump around while I'm sitting in a corner and take shots... hoping that one will some out right... yep, a lot of patience.

There is 3 shots, my wife, my 3 year old son, and my one year old daughter. I have used my 35-135 lens, I like it a lot for the range it offers.
