I like the first one better...the mood of the lighting seems to fit the pic better. Of course I don't know your original intentions so it's always left to the artists eye IMHO.

I think I am a fan of #1 as well but #2 is a close second.

I like the colors of the 2nd version better myself... though the flesh tones seem to pop too much like someone that is alive... reduces the creepy factor a little for me.

My initial thought is some sort of desaturation to make the face and hands look a little (or a lot) more pale and not have so much healthy glow might help.

Haha, thanks for the credit Jeff.
I like the second one best. The surroundings are more natural which serves to make her more dangerous. In the first shot, the surroundings are spooky so you expect her to be dangerous because it is her world. When she is in your world, there is no escaping her.

BTW, if this ends up in a book I (and I'm sure Peter) want the credid and the royalties.
