Taken with my K110D, Sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 DG Macro on a mono pod. I was tinkering around with the white balance, shutter priority, aperture priority and so forth. I am really enjoying learning this. Like using the RAW format too.

Hey, manual is the only way to go! Well, at least for folks who graduated directly from a trusty K1000 to digital. I don't even know how to use all the automatic stuff, though I guess I should learn.

I think it's cool not to have to take the camera down from my face to change a setting. That having been said I do not want to lose all of that skill gained by using my K-1000 for so many years.

Now you're cookin! Tho I can't see the exif data, it looks like they might benefit from a smaller aperture. I've heard snow is hard to expose so make with the practice
